Kathy Yonker
Insurance Specialist
Kathy is licensed with the State of Illinois for Life Insurance in an administrative capacity and has been with the firm since 2001. She facilitates the implementation of new insurance with clients as well as servicing existing policies.
Kathy holds a BA degree in Communication Arts: Journalism from St. Joseph’s, Calumet College Indiana. Her earlier experiences focused on freelance writing and public relations with the former Copley Chicago Newspapers and the School City of East Chicago.
Kathy is proud of her three daughters, who work respectively as a teacher, a nuclear engineer and a dentist. Her experience caring for her elderly mother has given Kathy an appreciation of the effects of longevity to an individual’s financial situation, fueling her ardor for Sentinus’ services.
An active member of St. Mary Immaculate Church in Plainfield, Kathy volunteers in various capacities. When time permits, she is an avid cook and creative baker and continues personal writing endeavors.
