SENTINUS REPRESENTS NTP WIRELESS IN SALE TO SYSTEM ONE
System One Acquires NTP Wireless, Led By Sell-Side Advisor, Greg Johnson
OAK BROOK, ILL. (September 10, 2018) – Sentinus-Halo Securities’ investment banking advisory services division (“Sentinus”) facilitated the acquisition of client NTP Wireless, a self-performing wireless site acquisition company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, by System One, a leading provider of specialized workforce solutions and integrated services based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The deal closed on August 27, 2018 and was led by Executive Vice President Greg Johnson.
As part of the agreement, NTP Wireless will maintain its brand and will operate as part of MOUNTAIN, LTD., a System One division. NTP Wireless specializes in site acquisition services including site identification, permitting, leasing and zoning services. Additionally, NTP Wireless supports mobility infrastructure through custom solutions in small-cell technology, new site builds and site modifications that enhance network capacity and coverage range. This strategic acquisition expands the telecommunication capabilities of MOUNTAIN, LTD.
