Phil Johnson

Over his 25 years in financial services, Phil has gained significant knowledge of the wealth management industry. He has a reputation for creating and executing strategic plans to grow a business with a focus on transparent leadership. Prior to joining Sentinus, Phil served as President of Incapital LLC, a leading underwriter and distributor of investment solutions. At Incapital, he led various disciplines, including finance, operations and technology, investment banking, trading and sales. He was also active in Incapital’s merger and acquisition strategy, analysis and integration.

Phil graduated from Viterbo University with a B.S. in accounting and received his MBA from the University of Chicago. Phil holds many securities industry licenses and is also a CPA. He is a member of the Executives’ Club of Chicago.

Phil and his wife, Joanne, have three children, enjoy volunteering in the community and are active in their parish. Phil spent many years coaching youth sports, particularly football, baseball and softball and enjoys playing softball, golfing and is an avid reader of military history books.
